Error - 'A broker is logged out' system status message

When logging into the application, underneath job costing is up to date and last recorded backup, the following message displays: 'A broker is logged out'

The system will check any user of type 'Broker' or 'Scheduled programs' and if they exist but are not logged in, the message will be seen.

From the server, log into FactoryMaster and complete the following steps:

  1. Click the message A broker is logged out to see the broker status window.

  2. The user logon will display e.g. BROKER

  3. Select File

  4. Select Change User

  5. Enter BROKER and click login

  6. When the red window says connection validated, the broker is logged back in and operational.

Additionally, restarting the FMBrokerService on the server should be tried.
