Overview
You may be receiving the following error message, similar to the one below, after upgrading your Play system to the 20 series, and as a result, you may not be able to open the application:
A required Database Driver version was not detected
What the error means
The new version of the magic engine requires an updated version of the MSOLEDBSQL driver. When launching the application, a prompt to install the driver will be displayed. Please ensure that all users have installed the updated package, as the system cannot run without the updated driver and will exit if it is not detected.
Where is the installer usually located?
The installer needs to be run manually and is located in: C:\FactoryMaster\FMASTXX\ClientSetup\Other\msoledbsql_18.3.0.0_x64.msi (64bit).
A 32bit version of the installer is also available in the same location.
