Error - 'cannot find licence file V20' during upgrade

I upgraded to version 12.14.17 and then the 20 series. The following error message now displays:- 'Cannot find Licence file - V20'

Please contact the Despatch department via [email protected] and they will send a licence out to you. Place the file in the location specified from the error message.

Otherwise, please raise a new case and reference the title of this article.
