Overview
If you have upgraded to version 12.14.17 and then the 20 series. The following error message may display as below:-
'Cannot find Licence file - V20'
This can be fixed by getting a new licence.
How to get a new licence
Please contact the Despatch department via [email protected], and they will send a licence out to you. Place the file in the location specified in the error message.
