Cannot upload Representative Code by Using Customer from transaction broker

I import the FM-CUST template, but the rep code is not updating.

Not all the Representative codes upload when using the Customer Records Print Transaction Structure. Instead use the Customer Addresses Print Transaction Structure (FM-CUSAD). Please complete the following steps to upload Representative Codes for all customers:

  1. Click General, Transaction Broker, Print Transaction Structures

  2. Expand Sales

  3. Select Customer Addresses

  4. The Representative Code needs to go into Column R and not Column S in the CSV file.
