When launching FactoryMaster from Access Evo, you may receive an error message indicating that a session is already open. You can resolve this by logging off the existing session through the Citrix Connection Centre.
Close the existing session
To clear the existing session and relaunch FactoryMaster, follow these steps.
Click the Show Hidden Icons button in the bottom-right corner of the Windows taskbar. This looks like an upward-pointing arrow or chevron.
In the menu that opens, right-click the Citrix Evo icon.
Click Connection Centre.
Click the server name listed under Connections.
Click Log Off.
When prompted to confirm, click Yes.
Relaunch FactoryMaster through Access Evo.
