It is not possible to change a Call-Off date if any deliveries have been made against the Call-Off. If no deliveries have been made against the sales order and the issue continues to occur, please upgrade to FactoryMaster version 20.09 or above.
Sometimes I cannot change a Sales Order Call-Off Date
Changing the shipping date is not consistent. Sometimes I can change the sales order call off date and sometimes I can't.
