Error - 'There is insufficient stock available to kit to this works order'

We have recently moved our stock locations and workshops, we are now receiving this error when trying to Kit a works order, we have stock available in the kitting location.

If you are receiving this error message please check that the workshop code assigned to the works order is the correct workshop code for kitting.

To do this, please do the following:

  1. Click Production

  2. Click Works Order Enquiry

  3. Locate the Works Order

  4. Press F5 on the 'Shop' column

  5. Change the workshop code to the new code and click OK
