Error - 'Cannot update - Cached files are in use...'

We have installed Factory Master onto a new laptop. After the initializing phase, we cannot log in because the following message is displayed 'Cannot update - Cached files are in use...' error. It is also asking to clear cache files and remove users.

To resolve the issue for Vecom Sillavan Metal Treatment Ltd, I had to compare the folder from C:\ProgramData\FMClient.FMAST20\Live with C:\FactoryMaster\FMAST20\Live, then copied missing files/folders from C:\FactoryMaster\FMAST20\Live and pasted the missing files to C:\ProgramData\FMClient.FMAST20\Live. You might need to manually type the ProgramData as sometimes it will be a hidden folder.
