Scanner software will not upgrade

After Factory Master upgrade the scanner software does not upgrade. Full error message displayed on the scanner screen: Installation error

Please complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to C:\FactoryMaster\FMAST12\ClientSetup\FMScanInstaller

  2. Run the FMScanInstaller.exe in Admin role

  3. Please ensure that the latest version of the solution is installed

  4. Run the FmScanInstaller application from your IIS server to update the engine

  5. Run finalise update in Factory Master

  6. Retry login.

  7. The Site URL to copy this into the Google Chrome web browser is below: http://'SERVERNAME'/FMAST11/login.aspx
