To resolve the error when printing a report:

  1. Run clientsetup

  2. If that fails when reaching the Crystal Reports install

  3. Run the Crystal Runtime engine manually

  4. Find this in the ...\ClientSetup\CrystalReports folder

  5. It will be called something similar to CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_16.msi
