The SA password needs resetting from SQL management studio to match our default SA password or the SA password needs to be retrieved. Please liaise with your IT department. Once you have the SA password it needs resynching using by completing the
following steps:
Select Options then select System Maintenance
Select Data Manager then select SQL Logins setup
Enter the SA password within the System Admin Login field
Then enter the new password in the Admin Login field (bottom right hand corner of the window).
