How to exclude a stocked part from the Intrastat reports

I have a service that needs to be excluded from the Intrastat report, how can this be done?

To exclude a stocked part from the Intrastat reports please do the following:

  1. Click Stock

  2. Click Stock Parts Menu

  3. Click Stocked Part Maintenance

  4. Search for the stocked part in question

  5. Click on the 'Intrastat' tab

  6. Press F5 on 'Def Transaction Code'

  7. Tick the 'Exclude from Intrastat?' tick box

  8. Click OK
