Please check whether the Fn lock is on. Try pressing the Fn key + a function key On most Dell laptops, you can turn the Fn lock on and off by pressing the Fn key + Esc key.
Function keys not working when using Remote Desktop connection
I use FactoryMaster remotely via built in Windows remote desktop (RDP). I am having issues with the Function keys not working correctly (F4, F5 etc ) from a Dell laptop.
