To cancel a holiday booking:
Click Employee then click Time & Attendance Menu.
Click Holiday & Absence Chart.
Navigate to the date the booking has been made for.Press F5 on the date then press F4 and enter the employees reference code.
Press F5 on the booking you wish to cancel then click Book drop down menu and select Cancel.
Enter in the date range you want to cancel up to then click OK.
If the employees holidays are already authorised, please a new case online and reference the title of this article.
