Currently, you cannot allocate batch numbers to existing stock that do not have a batch number assigned to it. Batch numbers are allocated when booking in stock. For example, when a Works Order or Purchase Order comes in.
In Addition, when receiving non-stock parts there is no batch number. If it needs to have a batch the only way to do this is convert it to a stocked part.
