FactoryMaster: Error - 'remote desktop cannot connect to the remote computer' (Access Hosted Clients)

I can’t log into the remote session. RDP shows this message: “Remote Desktop can’t connect. Possible causes: My account isn’t authorised on the RD Gateway. My device isn’t authorised. The authentication method isn’t supported.”
