FactoryMaster: Error - 'remote desktop cannot connect to the remote computer' (Access Hosted Clients)

I can’t log into the remote session. RDP shows this message: “Remote Desktop can’t connect. Possible causes: My account isn’t authorised on the RD Gateway. My device isn’t authorised. The authentication method isn’t supported.”

Your cloud account does not have the relevant group policies to connect to the gateway. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
