How to automatically add attachments to emailed documents?

Can we automatically add files as attachments to the emailed documents from FactoryMaster?

In order to add default attachments to emails, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Options.

  2. Select System Maintenance.

  3. Click on Document Layouts.

  4. Go to Default Email Attachments.

  5. Select the relevant document and add the required attachment.

Now, when a new email is generated for that document, it will automatically contain the attachment.
