FactoryMaster: Missing a report chart from the main menu

After upgrading FactoryMaster we were missing one of the reports we use daily from the drop-down menu on the home screen.

A possible cause for this is the upgrade process setting the report's status to "On-Hold".
To rectify this please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Options

  2. Then System Maintenance

  3. Click System Settings and then General System Settings

  4. Use the down arrow to go to the next page of options and select HTML Document Settings

  5. Open HTML Document Maintenance

  6. Locate the relevant report you are missing and enter Modify mode by pressing Ctrl + M on your keyboard, and then ensure the tickbox under 'Main Menu' is ticked.

  7. Exit
