In order to set up process specifications, please do as follows:
Go into the Quality Tab
Select Internal Quality Menu
Select Process Specification Maintenance
Press Enter
Press CTRL+M to ensure you are in Modify Mode
Press F4 to create a new process specification
Input details of Specification and use the chevrons '>' to input further details
Press F5 to drill down, then F4 to add more detail
