If the initial Works Orders have not been closed, the quantity can be amended in the Works Orders Allocated To This Call-Off window. To do this, please follow these steps:
Go to the Sales tab.
Select the Sales Order Menu.
Go into Sales Order Maintenance.
Press F5 into the required Sales Order.
Then press F5 again in the Order Quantity line.
In the Quantity To Make field, add the new quantity to reflect the one from the Sales Order.
Press the Enter key.
Click on OK.
If the initial Works Orders have been closed, you will need to raise a new one from the Sales Order screen. To do this, please follow these steps:
Go to the Sales tab.
Select the Sales Order Menu.
Go into Sales Order Maintenance.
Press F5 into the required Sales Order.
Click on Create...
Select Works Orders.
Click on Create.
This will generate a new Works Order for the updated quantity that will be linked to the Sales Order.
