Overview

When running the Time Bookings by Employee Report, you might be seeing a message similar to the one below:

'This report does NOT include time bookings for resources which were run unattended'

What does this mean?

Time bookings for resources that have been run 'unattended' refer to recorded time for resources which have run without any human intervention.

Such resources can be left running for extended periods of time (such as over the weekend). They will record machine time for the entire time they are running (ie, with no breaks or shift patterns) and record NO associated labour.

You can show all unattended bookings on a specified day by following the steps below:

  1. Go into the Employee Tab.

  2. Then Employee Timesheets.

  3. Select 'UNATTENDED BOOKINGS'.
