Register with SAP and download the SAP Crystal Reports Viewer 2016 (32-Bit) from the official SAP Crystal Reports website.

Double-click the install file (if an admin UAC prompt appears, ask third party IT to fill in the admin login credentials).

Install Crystal Reports and fill in the code, into the relevant field prompt. You can now use Crystal Reports successfully.
