The dates that Stocktakes can be deleted up to is defined on the WEEK_MIN_DEL_STOCKTAKE control flag, by default the minimum amount of weeks is set to 24. If you would like to be able to delete all of your Stocktakes, you will need to set this option to 0 weeks.
To access the WEEK_MIN_DEL_STOCKTAKE control flag, please do the following:
1. Go to Options
2. Select System Maintenance
3. Go to System Settings
4. Click on GENERAL System Settings
5. Select Control File
6. In the Control Item field search for WEEK_MIN_DEL_STOCKTAKE
7. Press Enter
8. Press Ctrl + M to enter modify mode
9. Change the value of this control flag to 0.
Now, when you will go back into Stocktake Maintenance and press F3 to delete a report, you will be able to proceed.
How to delete historic Stocktakes?
I would like to delete past Stocktake runs, however it warns me that I can not delete Stocktakes that are past a certain date.
