Custom reports disappear from favourites menu (Access Hosted Clients)

Overview

If you are finding that several custom (Crystal) reports have been added to the user's favourites menu, but since migrating to the Access Evo-based FactoryMaster, these have now disappeared from the favourites, this will need to be investigated further by FactoryMaster support.
