Manual batches (which are still in stock for which there is also a 'works order' batch with the same batch number) will not generate release material notes.
Unfortunately, there is no way to convert a 'manual' batch to a 'works order' batch.
These types of manual receipts will have to be removed (by doing a manual 'other issue') and book in more stock from the relevant works order:
Make the works order pending again (all are currently historic)
Book in the quantity shown from the works order
Action 'other' issue of the quantity shown from the manual batch
Make the works order 'historic' again
There is a idea on the FactoryMaster Ideas portal about converting a 'manual' batch to a 'works order' batch.
Please vote for this idea and our Product and Development team will assess it, for future implementations of Factory Master.
