The 20 series uses modern database schema (back-end enhancement) and offer improved performance. The FactoryMaster 12 series will eventually be outdated and defunct. Please see below for the list of enhancements from the release notes:

Allocate stock to call-offs
In the Allocate Stock To Sales Orders screen, any batches received from back-to-back purchase orders and back-to-back work orders now highlight.
These batches show at the top of the list, regardless of the sort order you select. A tooltip on the batch number also appears, to show which purchase order or works order you received the stock from.
To give priority to batches you received from back-to-back purchase orders and back-to-back work orders, click Suggest All.
Intrastat despatches
If your company is in Ireland, you can set the CSV export to include the customer's VAT number and country of origin code. To do this, set your country to IE.

Supplier part numbers and alternatives
The supplier part number, shown on several screens, is now written to the purchase order line, when you apply the supplier prices to the line. We've also added this to the vFM_PURCHASE_ORDER_DETAIL user view and the Export Manager option.
