When you run the Booked Absence report, you might be finding that not all booked Half-Days are showing, and it could be causing a discrepancy between the report and the employee's entitlement. This article can advise you further on what to do next.
What can I do to make the half-days show?
When printing the Booked Absence report, please ensure that the 'Include Part-Shift Absences' option is ticked, as this will include them within the report.
If the option is unticked, then some Half-Days will not pull through to the report.
