If you are wondering why there is a maximum number of MRP runs stored on FactoryMaster, and you are wondering if they could be set to either 10 or 12. The advice below should answer your question and help you with this.
What does the value of the control flag do, and how do I change it?
The value of the MAX_MRP control flag controls the number of MRP runs.
In order to update the number, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Options
2. System maintenance
3. System settings
4. General system settings
5. Control file
6. Type in the control item or F5 in it if you are not sure of the exact name
7. Select MAX_MRP and enter modify mode, and change the value to what suits your needs
9. Click exit
📌Note: Changing the number will not impact MRP performance.
