Nothing is saved in FactoryMaster (FM) when the email is sent. As a workaround, you will need to bcc your internal email address to the recipient list, to save a copy of the email sent.
Another customer has raised this has a idea on the FactoryMaster ideas portal to have a copy of the sent emails when using the SMTP service.
Please vote for this idea and our Product and Development team will assess your idea for future implementations of Factory Master.
Where are sent emails copies kept, when sending emails from within the application
I am using SMTP service to send emails with purchase order attachments, but I cannot find the sent copies.
