Overview

If you have created a job in Service Manager, and the part request has doubled into FactoryMaster, works order is completed and feeds back to service manager, with auto-notification. Please look at the advice below, which should be helpful.

What has caused this, and how does it work?

The quantity appears as if it could been updated manually by a blank user. You don't need a special Transaction Broker installation to import records via the transaction broker. It is entirely possible to queue up import records in the transaction broker without a machine running the broker to process them, and then log in as a broker user, which would then process the queued records.

Why has this happened?

The First quantity change, from 0 to 1, is created via the transaction broker request as the date & times are within the process start & end of the broker request.

The second quantity change, from 1 to 2, has been increased manually via someone logging into FactoryMaster and altering the order directly.

There are no subsequent broker requests for further alterations, and the second quantity change is outside of the process start & end time of the previous broker request.
