If you are finding that the Control Flag DC_PLAN_TOLERANCE is set to a numeric value, but no reason codes are generated from data capture, the steps below should help you to display the reason codes going forward.

How to make the reason codes visible in Data Capture

Please create the reason codes within FactoryMaster so that they show in data capture by following the steps below:

  1. Select Quality.

  2. Click Reason Code Maintenance.

  3. Select SFDC Time Tolerance (from code type to show drop-down list).

  4. Click OK
