Create a separate route to allocate different resources to the part that is in the same route as other parts, otherwise all the parts will have the amended resource allocated to them.
Until the above is actioned, once you make the necessary changes to the route, the update works orders window appears. If you exit this window, all the works orders (hence, all the parts) will be updated. You need to untick updated for each relevant works order before exiting the Update Works Order window.

When changing labour percentage on route, it changes the route for all designated parts. I only want the route changes to affect certain parts, how can this be achieved?
