To find out what software version of FactoryMaster your scanner is running, please follow the steps below:

1. Right-click on your FactoryMaster shortcut
2. Click on Show File Location
3. Click into FMAST
4. Open Client Setup followed by FMScanInstaller
5. From here, you will need to open the FMScanInstaller application; this will need to be done as Administrator (right-click on the app)
6. You will have a new window for the FMScanInstaller app, and on this page will find a Site URL
7. Click the URL, and you will be taken to a page which will show you the version of FM that you are running
