Component list in Assembly Maintenance is missing items to fulfil the Works Order

There is a large amount of components that have seemingly disappeared off the Works Order and I don't know where they have gone. The same part number on different Works Orders is missing components and BI parts.

Please complete the following steps:-

  1. Click Production

  2. Click Assemblies/Bills of Materials

  3. Enter the relevant part number and click OK

  4. Click Update


The list of components will be reinstated for the relevant part. You can manually other issue the components so they don't appear to be issued.

You can also update assemblies via the following steps:-

  1. Click Stock

  2. Click Stocked Parts Menu

  3. Click Stocked Part Maintenance

  4. Press enter and select the relevant part

  5. Press F6 to load the stock summary window

  6. Click Assembly

  7. Click Update

  8. Click OK to default selected option: update pending (unkitted) Works Orders

  9. Tick relevant Works Orders

  10. Click OK
