How to link a user to a FocalPoint login

We need to link a new users FactoryMaster and FocalPoint accounts, how can we do this? When we try and request authorisation on a Purchase Order we are receiving: "You Must Provide a Valid FocalPoint UserID"

To link a user to a Focalpoint login:

  1. Click General then click Dimensions Integrations Menu.

  2. Click Translations Menu then click Focal Point Login Translations.

  3. Locate the new user and enter their Focal Point User Code.
