When opening the CSV file in Notepad you will see some item descriptions with speech marks. Removing them from the file shows all the PO lines. These need removing from the database, otherwise this issue will keep occurring. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
Missing purchase invoices show when exporting the items awaiting invoices report
I have just run an items awaiting invoice report and there are a large number of items that appear to have dropped off this listing. Can someone tell me how I check where and why these have disappeared.
