This has occurred because the Purchase Order has been booked against a historic Advice Note.
The system will always display the date that the Advice Note was created as that is when the Batch for the Stocked Part is created. The Purchase Order will have to be booked against a new Advice Note in order for it to have the current day as the 'Date Received'.
Advice notes are unique by 'advice note number' and 'supplier' and so can only have a single date on them. The date will be the date entered when the first items were booked in with that advice note number. The system warns you attempt a receipt using a previously booked in advice note number.
Goods booked in from a Purchase Order have a different date received compared to the date booked
I have noticed in the Stock Transactions that the PO receipt has a different Date Received compared to the Date Booked.
