The non-traceable part has a traceable batch against it. Please complete the following steps:
Select stock
Stocked parts menu
Stocked part maintenance
Type the relevant part and hit enter
Press Ctrl + M to modify and select Yes under column heading Traceable Part
Then, select no
You get a message saying: This part has stock history. Disabling traceability will combine any individual stock batches into one new single batch and you will need to re-label any stock if the labels show the batch number or batch unique reference. This amalgamation is irreversible - are you really sure you want to do this?
click Yes
Press F5 on the selected stocked part
Select Batch Number
Click Move/Issue Stock
Specify Quantity to move
Specify destination Location
Press Confirm
Note: if stock is allocated, you need to cancel the movement note before you action the above.
