After setting up a new rate there is an option provided to update existing WO's.
If that is missed, it is still possible to change the rate on an ad hoc basis by going into the WO and clicking on the second changeable column from the left and changing this to 'Plan Rate'
Resource rate changed but Works Orders are not showing the new rate.
We have changed the resource rate from one value to another recently, however on the new bookings after that date are still pulling through the old rates.
