How to add Job Code and charges to Employees

When clicking view timesheet, there is only zero values under the Cost Of Time Booking column for the new starters. How to designate hourly rate to new employees

Please complete the following steps:

  1. Select Employee

  2. Select Time & Attendance Menu

  3. Select Employee Maintenance

  4. Select relevant user and press F5 to zoom in

  5. Press Crtl + M to modify

  6. Click Change Job Code

  7. Press F5 and select relevant user

  8. Click Select and then OK

  9. Press F5

  10. Press F5 in the New Job code field from the Scheduled Job Code Change dialog box

  11. Select relevant job code

  12. Press Crtl + M if want to job costing rate
