There is an issue with that machine's installation of Outlook, as the emails send out on other client PC workstations fine.

This is a local environmental issue. Check all Windows and Security updates have been installed and reboot the PC.Asky your IT department to check Outlook has been installed correctly on the offending PC.

If the issue continues to occur, ask your IT department to create a new Windows profile on the offending PC.
One PC cannot email invoices
Our warehouse pc has lost the functionality to email invoices direct from FactoryMaster. The option is now greyed out.
