How to send emails with Multifactor authentication enabled
To send emails within FactoryMaster with Multifactor Authentication enabled, your IT must configure Outlook/Microsoft Entra for OAuth2.
Please forward this guide to your IT to configure OAuth2; they will need to follow up until the header that reads 'FactoryMaster Setup'.
Once your IT have reached this point with the guide, please contact support, referencing the title of this article, as we will need to upgrade your system to version 20.21.
