To send emails within FactoryMaster with Multifactor Authentication enabled your IT must configure Outlook/Microsoft Entra for OAuth2.
Please forward this guide onto your IT to configure OAuth2, they will need to follow up until the header that reads 'FactoryMaster Setup'. Once your IT have reached this point with the guide please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article as we will need to upgrade your system to version 20.21.
Enabling OAuth2 for Email (Access Hosted Clients)
We have Multifactor Authentication enabled in Outlook and currently can not send emails with this enabled, how can I send emails with MFA enabled?
