How to create an Ad-Hoc Credit Note

To create an ad-hoc credit note, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Sales.

  2. Click Credit Note Menu.

  3. Click Credit Note Maintenance.

  4. Click Raise Ad-Hoc C/Note.

  5. Select the Create an ad-hoc CREDIT NOTE option in the following window.

  6. Specify the details within the following window.

  7. Click OK.

  8. Click View.

  9. Click 'F5' and enter a Description.

  10. Enter Quantity then fill in remaining fields.

  11. Press OK to confirm the credit note, then click Print.

πŸ“ŒNote: When working through Step 6. If just the customer account is specified, the remaining boxes will populate with the related details to the selected account.
