How to activate and use the supplier calendars

Note: Users will need to raise a case with the FactoryMaster Support team via the Support Portal as this option is password protected.

  1. Select Options

  2. System Maintenance

  3. System Settings

  4. Purchase System Settings

  5. Enable Supplier Calendars

  6. Support will enter the code and then click Enable

Note: this is a non-chargeable module to enable

  1. Click on Options

  2. Click on System Maintenance

  3. Go to System Settings

  4. Choose GENERAL System Settings

  5. Click System Calendars

  6. Click on Supplier Calendars

  • At the top of the window you can select the days ALL suppliers deliver

  • At the bottom of the window you can tick the override for a specific supplier to set them to a different schedule

  • On the right hand side of the window you can specify specific dates to be included/excluded in the supplier's delivery schedule (e.g. Bank holidays)
