What causes the issue?

The file preview was disabled in group policy by our security team. GPO's (Group Policy Objects) 'File Explorer default context menu' and 'do not allow folder options to be opened from the options button on the view tab of the ribbon' have now been enabled by the hosting team.


What to do next?
