Setting up direct integration with SAGE for multiple users

I would like to set up integration with SAGE for all my users in a certain department. Currently only one employee is able to do this I have amended where my SAGE files are stored on the server, how can I set the integration to the new location

To set up or change your SAGE integration do the following:

  1. Go to General

  2. Click on Accounts Data Synchronisation

  3. Select Settings

  4. You will need to ensure the following information is correct

    1. Company Folder - You can obtain this from the About page within Sage labelled 'Data Directory'

    2. Username - Needs to correspond to a full permissions username on SAGE (ie. MANAGER)

    3. Password - Required to be the same as the password for the username on SAGE

  5. Click Test Connection to ensure the details are correct

  6. Press OK


​Note: The above is done on a user specific basis. If you would like to do this for multiple/all users in FactoryMaster you will need to repeat the above steps on all log ins
