To add an image to a Drawing Number please do the following:

Navigate to the Production tab within FactoryMaster

Select the Drawing Register option

Select the appropriate tab depending on whether you are adding a Part Drawing or Operation Drawing

Populate the 'Drawing Number', 'Issue Number' and 'Drawing Description' Fields.

Assign a 'Customer Group' by pressing F5 to zoom in on this field. Select from your available Customer Groups or create a new group with F4

Pressing F5 on the 'Associated Parts' field allows you to select parts associated with this drawing.

Pressing F5 on 'Filing Locations' allows you to specify the storage location for the drawing e.g. Filing Cabinet

Pressing F5 on the 'Image File' field allows you to select the image you want. Press F5 again to upload an image

Pressing F5 on 'Doc Attach' to choose documents to attach. Press F5 again to upload a new document.
