Run a scheduled program report automatically

I would like to the system to run the end of reports automatically. For instance, the stock take report to run at the last day of the month at midnight.

Please complete the following steps:

  1. Click Options

  2. Click System Maintenance

  3. Click Scheduled Programs

  4. Click Add at the bottom left

  5. Click desired program e.g. Stock Valuation Report

  6. Set up program details


If you do not want the schedule program to run on your terminal please do the following

  1. Click Options

  2. Click Local Machine Settings

  3. Untick 'Run Scheduled Programs in Idle Time'

Note: only certain reports can be run from the scheduled programs e.g. MRP report. KPI - purchase order summary, sales order analysis
