How to create User Menus

I would like to know how to create new User Menus, how can i do this?

To create a new User Menu, please do the following:

  1. Click on the menu option that want to create a User Menu for e.g. Sales

  2. Right click into the empty white space located on the left hand side of the screen

  3. Click Add Menu Option

  4. Select from either:

    • An External File

    • A Crystal Report

    • A Sub-Menu

  5. Click OK

If you have selected 'An External File', please do the following:

  1. Enter in the 'Option Legend' - This will display the name of the file you want add a menu option for

  2. Press F5 in the 'File To Open' and select the file you wish the menu option to open, click OK

  3. Select who you want the menu option to be available to and click OK

If you have selected 'A Crystal Report please repeat the above steps

If you have selected 'A Sub-Menu', please do the following:

  1. Enter the 'Menu Title' e.g. Reports and click OK

  2. Click on the Sub-Menu and repeat the steps for 'An External File' and ' A Crystal Report' to add them into the Sub-Menu
