If you are experiencing this issue please ask your IT to check the Region settings in Control Panel on the affected PC's. It is likely that the Short Date has been set to MM-DD-YY.
Orders are applying the American date format
When we add a new Sales Order the date is being added as MM-DD-YY and not DD-MM-YY why is this?
